Special Design Bearings

Over the years we have manufactured pivots that are beyond our standard catalog product offerings.

Such designs have included longer lengths, tailored torsional and radial spring rates, and load shunted designs to overcome intermittent shock load situations. Special Materials have included Custom 455 stainless, Inconel 718, Titanium, and Maraging steel. Plastics have also been considered for large quantity and light load usage. Other applications have required special coatings such as nickel, silver, or gold plating. We have manufactured many assembly specific pivots that have included flanges, grooves for adhesive mounting, flats for set screws, and square mounting block arrangements.
